Tourism is relatively a new industry being developed in the province of Isabela. Many landmarks are being developed by the government and private investors to increase tourism activity in the province. Notable tourism destinations include colonial churches, shines, rivers, beaches, caves, waterfalls and mountains for outdoor activities such as trekking, mountaineering, diving, snorkeling, river cruise, and crocodile watching, the scenic views of rice fields and watersheds are added attractions to visiting tourists.

The project aims to develop an Ecotourism Destination that generates viable economic activity through empowered community and help conserve and protect the terrestrial Marine, Freshwater, and Wetlands Ecosystem of high Tourism and Ecotourism values.
