This portal is for the official use of the Special Project Committee on Isabela Coastal Development (SPCICD) and the Isabela Provincial Tourism Office (IPTO). This is especially created as an on-line easy access to and source of information that can be used for research and planning. Other data that are not found in its pages can be inquired using the “Message Us” button.
The SPCICD and IPTO are within the Office of the Provincial Governor. In their broadest sense, the functions of the two offices, as their respective names suggest,
is related to planning, packaging and implementations of programs and projects that would further the ends of coastal development and tourism. In some instances and when allowed by law, these offices undertake special projects - activities that do not belong to the regular functions of any department of the provincial government. This is pursuant to the "residual function" nature of the Office of the Governor.
